By submitting your CV to us you hereby expressly agree to be contacted at any time in the future for openings that may become available with us, our associates, sister concerns, organizations under same management, etc. Such contact may be effected over e-mail, fax, phone, in person or by any other means practical. You hereby agree that such communication cannot be deemed and treated as spam mail at any time whatsoever. You may choose to not be contacted at any time after sending us your CV. The company must be expressly notified over e-mail or in writing if you choose not to be contacted after sending your CV. The company will take reasonable precaution to ensure that you are not contacted after you have notified us of your desire to be not contacted by the means stated above. However in the event that any of the companies existing or future employees should contact you by any means, without the knowledge of the company you agree not to hold the company responsible for the same and take action against the company for the same. The company will however take necessary action against the concerned employee if the same is within its reasonable jurisdiction and control.
