We search our vast and growing database for likely candidates. If necessary, we'll supplement the search with customized recruiting efforts. Candidates complete a thorough prescreening, including interview, reference checks and testing (as applicable). We promptly send the most-suited applicants to the customer location
If we cannot find the candidate through our existing database we go out into the 'bush' and find the people that our client companies need; either to create content, design and build product, or to manage creative and technical talent. We track our candidates through a network of relationships that is ever growing. We make use of various technologies ourselves to optimize our performance.
